The Snom 320 is the next generation base model phone from Snom. Although an entry level IP phone in the Snom range, this telephone is by no means basic nor unsophisticated. It is based on a similar design to, and has many of the classy features of the high end Snom 360. This phone will suit any office!
Full call detail records are available through the web interface, which also has very intuitive and comprehensive configuration screens. Coming from Snom, you can be sure of the superb audio quality of this phone through the handset and integrated speakerphone, or through an attached headset. Ease of use as well as feature accessibility makes this phone unique in its class.
For a nice personal touch, customized ring tones are available allowing you to play different tones on different calls. Incoming calls can be marked with special ring tones to indicate the destination of the call - for example, if you want to use one phone to answer calls for multiple businesses, so you know which business is being called and can answer appropriately.
