The best free advice we can give you is: "When it comes to VoIP employ someone who is qualified in VoIP". We have had to fix too many trial and error installs by at times even qualified IT Guys that have had no VoIP or Digital telephony experience which has resulted in more expense for the owner. Ask for proof of their experience and a reference you may contact to confirm their experience. Hint: (If you believe not being about to receive email is a disaster, wait till your phone system crashes!!)

We also offer to configure your hardware before it is shipped to you if you already have an exisiting account. For this service we charge 25.00 dollars incl gst. Our technicians configure your device and test the account is sending/receiving correctly. Your now ready to plug your device into your network and start making VoIP calls
If web interface browsing, IP addressing, port forwarding, NAT translation, routers,firewalls and Voice over IP aren't really your thing and you don't want the hassel then simply book one of our technicians to analise your network and configure your devices remotely. Average home network would cost 40-60 dollars for this service.
